Return and Refund Information

- International orders can only be returned with the following cases within seven days of the receipt.<br/>  ▫ Damaged items.<br/>  ▫ Wrong items have been sent.<br/>  ▫ Some items are missing.<br/><br/>  Returns may not be received in the following cases.<br/><br/>  ▫ Seven days have passed since the receipt of the package.<br/>  ▫ The customer has damaged or lost the purchased items.<br/>  ▫ The items were returned without prior notification or sent back despite customer care's denial of the return request.<br/><br/>  -If you want to request a return for a damaged product, wrong delivery, or missing items, please contact Zigzag's customer care (help@zigzag.shop) with the following information.<br/>  ▫ Order number, a proof or photo that verifies the damaged item, wrong delivery, missing item, and the photo of the invoice (shipping label).<br/><br/>- Product return conditions and quality assurance are in compliance with the consumer dispute resolution standards of the Fair Trade Commission in South Korea.<br/>- If there are side effects such as skin reactions, etc. after using the product, you may exchange or return the product upon communicating the issue with the seller.<br/>- Unsuccessful delivery of the packages due to customer's incorrect address, recipient's absence, customs/tax issues, etc., cannot be refunded or returned. Please make sure that the postal code, full address, and recipient information were entered correctly before making a final purchase.<br/>- Once the return is completed, the card approval will be canceled within 3•5 business days. However, the exact refund period may differ depending on the card issuer.<br/>- Refunds or compensations from refund delays are in compliance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. in South Korea.<br/>- The refund amount is based on the product selling price in Korea and will be calculated according to the exchange rate when purchased.<br/>- If the original amount cannot be refunded, you may be compensated as shopping points per company's policy.
